AZANA - locksmithery and metalworking

AZANA is an association of entrepreneurs with long-term experience in the fields of locksmithery and metal production. Our products serve many customers, not only in the Czech Republic, but mainly abroad. We have been on the market for over twenty years. We only work with professional machines in order to guarantee the quality of the work we do.

We produce components and complete structures in both small- and large-volume series. We are able to provide CNC cutting and punching, or laser sheet cutting. The final processing of sheet metal – in particular the trimming of sheet metal, CNC sheet metal bending, resistance sheet welding, MIG, TIG, MMA welding, resistance welding studs – is performed on our machines. We weld steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

We process 3D models and drawings according to physical parts, calculate the developed shapes of complex sheet metal parts, and simulate the real appearance of parts or complete assemblies. The resulting graphic output can be used for your presentations, catalogues or manuals.
